The hotel offers reasonable pricing for an upscale experience. the staff is consistently courteous. the double room I booked was updated and had 2 bathrooms plus a mini fridge. the hotel's central location makes it convenient for accessing the highway.

This place is centrally located near restaurants and a casino, and the room comes with central heating, a safe, and pay TV, which I loved.

Generally speaking, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were both friendly and exceedingly accommodating. It was nice to have things to do in the hotel when I didn't want to go far but wanted to do something. I loved having a fridge in the room so I could get salads and other items from the local grocery store on Lougheed highway and not spend a total fortune on take out and restaurants. Location-wise, while it was outside of the city core, it was fairly convenient with the highways being close by.
The things I didn't like were really minor, like the weakness of the shower, the fact that my key kept getting demagnitized by the magnet in my handbag, and the fact that there was no safe in my room. Oh, and the hairdryer made my curly hair frizz like crazy (women may want to know this). All so minor that it would not stop me from staying there again.

The rooms here are quiet and tastefully decorated with a comfortable king-size bed, and all the staff members are friendly and professional.

Had fun at the scala lounge. I forgot my credit card with tab, It was great to have notice at the front desk to ensure I picked up my card. That was really good forward thinking by staff.
